Homeless heart

Don’t break my heart
Before I fall,
Give me a chance
To give it all.
Allow my love
To heal your soul
Fill in the blank spaces,
Until the puzzle
Is once again whole.
My dear please,
Not all prisons have walls
The fear you run from,
Is the fear I’m falling for.
I will be the person
You call home
And I promise,
To keep your heart safe
And protect it
Like it was my own.
