Inking agony

Paper can’t handle
The ink that I spill,
There’s a curse hidden
Behind my quill.
Letters turn to acid
Paper to ash,
The alphabet cries
When emotions clash.
My writing is messy
There is no design,
I don’t fix in any box
Or inbetween the lines.
When it comes to art
You must give insanity,
As poetic truths
Are inked with agony.

Cheers. Not paying the prices here for bacon and eggs. Started my career as a chef. Have managed businesses and budgets. In the next 6 hours 2 street people at least will have asked me for help. I know who I would rather throw my money away at. I can already punch out any brick in the wall you designate without needing a pillow biters indulgence for breakfast

    My words turn to acid,
When you read them out loud.
    Your ears will turn flaccid,
    Your spirit will be cowed.

    So please read in silence,
    Your heart not to burn.
    Your brain must absorb them,
    Or your stomach will churn.

    I’ve poured all my hatred
    Into words on the page,
    To rid my poor body
    Of its shameful rage.

    So please don’t consume
    Any poems that I write.
    Just read them in silence,
    Then turn out the light.

“The alphabet cries when emotions clash”. Isn’t it wonderful to think that words are finite, yet I’m sure no one has ever said that phrase, ever! You are special!
