I’m back in the zone,
All these strange colours
As I fade Into the unknown.
This is my illusion
My spiritual sight,
Fading into my mind
Drifting into the night.
Don’t get me wrong
This is very familiar,
It’s a strange beauty
Yet my mind is clearer.
I will sit and observe
There is no control,
As I sit and experience
The visions of my soul.

It very much is. Not the good kind insane though. It’s the kind that triggers anxiety and slowly suffocates. Fortunately though… we are mad so it doesn’t apply to us…
