Conscience awake

Free minds can destroy
Those ignorant hearts,
Show them the world
They’ve ripped apart.
My conscience is awake
It has been for decades,
The system is a game
Of pathetic charades.
We obey the commands
And follow the routine,
There’s too many voices
Behind the machine.
It became harder to live
When I could finally see,
A world of insanity
Known as reality.
